Osama Bin Laden

As I am sure you are all well aware, Osama Bin Laden was killed today (or something like today; I found out this morning...)
Shown here looking pretty sexually charged
This has been cause for celebration of many people, mostly Americans. I must say that these people are fools to be celebrating his death; he was murdered, and like it or not he is now a martyr for his cause and Al Qaeda will strike back. Not to mention the fact that his existence hasn't had much effect at all on the actions of Al Qaeda for the last few years.
What really bugs me though is how people can think it ok to have killed this man without trial, are we no better than he? Surely everybody has a right to trial! They say he was killed resisting arrest, but the army has at its disposal plenty of non-lethal weapons that they could have used. It's just another reason for the ignorant among the Americans to go into the streets waving their flags and chanting the name of their country, making the rest of their population look just as ignorant as they are. This is why nobody likes Americans.

  1. I agree. I have not read the entire story, but I don't think he's dead. We have not seen him for about ten years, they might as well just have taken a man with a beard and claimed that he was Osama. Also, you're probably right again, this will not have a positive outcome other than those being happy right now.

  6. I'm American but I have to agree. It was like spring break or new years outside the white house last night...

  7. Pretty tired of the debate at this point. Wait a bit until the retaliation, then we'd have something to talk about...
